Team Nelo got the confirmation from team Pac that yes, Clottey IS a team player lol.....Seriously though Clottey is a solid contender and it's not ppv so cool fight to me...Funny I was called an idiot when I said they can't keep selling us this "Canelo is a future great" "best thing outta Mexico since Oscar" crap...Nelo is solid with tons of heart but nobody wants to keep paying to see him and his OK boxing skills get gift decisions..

Ridiculous? so fighting Trout ( who defeated Cotto), Mayweather (ATG), Angulo post Lara (Relentless puncher) and Lara (154 Boggeyman) in a row was a walk in the park?

Clottey might not be the most dangerous nor the most skilled boxer, but the dude gave prime Cotto hell, took well Prime Pacquiao vicious punches and recently demolished a Mundine who made Mosley quit.

I'd rather liked Kirkland but Stone Chin Clottey is no walk in the park, and as long as it's not PPV I'm ok with that.

Canelo was going to fight Kirkland 2 years ago and Kirland priced himself out so **** Kirkland. I hope he never gives Kirkland a paycheck. Canelo has been fighting top competitors Trout after he beat Cotto, then Mayweather, Angulo a really tough guy, and a skilled Lara. For this fight being non PPV it's fine. Canelo has not belts he is not a champion so he can fight anyone ,unlike other current champions who fight bums, you know who.
