I don't care. It's a good card with competitive fights between contenders at 140 trying to work their way into the mix. I'm looking forward to it.

I notice not one person has tried to explain why Ortiz-Matthysse is a better match.
I picked Matthysse-Ortiz. I think both fights are similar, I don't hate this card as many others although I think they should be fighting each other. I think both fights are pretty similar on paper, both have a clear favorite but I think both underdogs can cause problems for them and one could even pull the upset. With that said Matthysse-Ortiz seems like cant miss fireworks and for that reason I give it the edge

I guarantee mostly all who voted Matthysse/Ortiz have never seen Ortiz fight and are basing their opinion on his KO %, or the fact Broner is an Idiot.
Yeah....should have seen that one coming

Yeah but it could also be a way to build the fight between the two, especially since Matthysse looks beatable, yet still is an awesome win, and Broner needs a big name win.

I view them about the same. Broner / Matthysse Both top fighters in their div and facing 2 legitimate contenders who both have the possibility to create problems.

Non sense. Ortiz has had fights posted here multiple times since the announcement. Have yet to see any Taylor fight posted here.

Probably because no one had ever heard of the geezer before then.

Exactly, only after the announcement now everyone wants to get carried away with his KO's of inferior opposition. The truth is out of the two only Taylor has beaten known opposition.

In Freedom's thread, she says that Ortiz has a sturdy chin and has never been down before. More propaganda.

Ortiz has been down and heavily. This was the first fight that came up on Youtube of his. Gets dropped like a sack of spuds in the 3rd round....
