Broner has a soft opponent, while Matthysse will fight someone much stronger

Ray Charles could have seen that Broner/Taylor was the better/more competitive fight. People were severely overrating Broner thinking he was just going to steamroll Taylor.

and underrating taylor for that matter. dude proved himself at world level, unlike ortiz. ortiz may be a good fighter but he is yet to prove it, his record is padded as hell. taylor is no world beater but he is a legit world class fighter, he proved that much going into the broner fight.

No, people were overeating Ortiz who was clearly in over his head. No1 overratea Broner, they just like to talk him down . Whereas everything Micah does is talked up. Like his last fight struggling with a guy like Molina for example.

Broner doesn't have a win at 140+ that can even touch Matthyese's destruction of Peterson. Not even close.

That has absolutely nothing to do with what I said.

If Matthysse had been fighting Taylor, he would have knocked him out early.

If Broner had been fighting Ortiz, he would have struggled and possibly been stopped.

Yes it does. Matthyse is accomplished at 140+ while Broner's only achievements are wins over washed up Paulie and ESPN2 fighter Taylor. If your only response is that Lukas isn't as good as people think he is, well that's nothing more than mere speculation.
