First he has to get tested (which is found to be a sham cuz floyd hired ariza, the same dude floyd and his fans were talking trash about), then he has to give floyd more money (40 mil flat, no ppv revenue,nothing, only an idiot would take that deal. Floyds fans ARE NOT the only ones that are gonna buy the fight), then he has to leave bob arum and join the money team (thats just another excuses, hopkins proved that if two guys wanna fight, they fight), the new excuse is gonna be that pacquiao has to wear pillows like maidana.

Yes it does. had manny not refused the 1st one, it would have never been made.

IMO the offer was unfair-yet it still guaranteed manny 42% more than he ever made in any fight with the bulk of ppv.

The point is not arguable-Manny refused the fight twice. it would be ridiculous for him to call Floyd out for ducking!!

That would be like him saying JMM is dirty because there was no testing for the 4th fight.
