Of course Yoga is good for any sport, it makes your tendons more flexible, the breathing is great for both aerobic and anaerobic endurance and it relaxes and relieves stress!
Rickson Gracie does yoga? I didn't know that. (Then again I don't follow mma that much.)

Yoga is more than just stretching. It also requires muscular endurance. Its not as easy as it looks. It is benificial to all sports.

I'm sure it's good for you but............this COO dude at my work is a yoga head, he is also a ghey. I don't know if there is a true 1-1 correlation on that but it is what it is.

I don't see why fat yoga Floyd wouldn't benefit. Ayone see how fat he looked doing Yoga?

Anyways, he didnt even really do it. He started it, ate mcdonalds, got a massage, and stretches his hammies. He didnt actually do much of anything.

Stretching is of the utmost importance to staying healthy as an athlete. That doesn't mean it has to be in Yoga form.
