Do you have a prediction for the outcome of the Yaegashi-Gonzales fight?

If Gonzales wins this, theres no legit reason why he isnt a top P4P fighter (however much that means anymore). He has some really good wins

IF Yaegashi wins (which I think he will), the weight can't even be blamed too much either, as Gonzales has had a vicious streak recently. I'm a big fan of Yaegashi and i'm rooting for a UD win for him

FWIW, i personally already have him a top 10, so a Yaegashi win would just move him up higher. This is a legit fight for either men, so whoever wins should get plenty accolades.

Rooting for Estrada, Yaegashi and Frampton to win their bouts. However, I also love Kiko, Gonzalez and Segura. Very hard to pick winners but regardless of the outcome for each fight we all win. Except those losers who think anything below 140 is "too small" lol. Get ready for an explosive weekend

I have him in and high already too. Go through Yaegashi dominant and there is no reason not to regard him in the class with the most elite of the game.

Which is my issue. I'm effectively a casual fan of divisions below 122 these days. I took people's recommendation to check out Takayama-Rodriguez, and I had a good time watching it. I'll try to check out some of these as well, and I hope it sparks further interest in those divisions.

You should. Best era at 112 top to bottom in almost 40 years IMO. And glad u liked Taka-Rod. Best fight of the year so far. Great fights can happen anywhere on scale

Awesome, welcome to the lower weights. If ever you have the time and opportunity to watch the following fights, do so. Intense action.

                Hernan Marquez vs Giovani Segura

                Hernan Marquez vs Luis Concepcion

(at 25 Hernan "Tysonito" Marquez is pretty much shot but he gave us some memorable wars.)

Francisco "Chihuas" Rodriguez Jr. vs Merlito Sabillo

Oswaldo Novoa vs Xiong Zhao Zhong

Juan Francisco Estrada vs Brian Viloria

Giovani Segura vs Ivan Calderon I

Those are just a few lol. The lower weights are amazing to watch, especially 112 and 105. I might be one of the few fans of boxing whom prefer 105 - 126 weights as opposed to anything above 168.

We lost a clash between the two best Heavyweights out there and still have these three stellar main events.

It doesn't get much more exciting than this.

Smile boxing fans. This is what it looks like when the sport is getting it right.

Showtime has some fights too. Maybe one or two of those will add even more to the mix.
I can't believe those fights are this weekend, my interest in boxing has taken a dip, I need this weekend.

Man if Gonzalez beast Yaegashi and Estrada beats Segura, Chocolatito HAS fight Estrada again now at 112 and unify, Estrada is now a more seasoned champion and could very well be a smaller weight classic.
