i can't stay away from pork shoulder steaks. love em barbequed or soaked for 5 minutes in white vinegar then broiled.

if ur eating to much carbs and not burning dem off den u will grow fat, same with if ur eating too much fat.

if u dont use up them carbs and fats for fuel den u go out of shape, they get stored as fat, have u seen how hard these ****in boxers train? they need all the carbs and fats they can get,

if u dont have no carbs and fats left to burn and ur protien is also been converted into energy, guess wat ur body starts to burn? muscle..and dats how u end up weight drained and looking gaunt

Boxers who train hard can eat anything they like as long as it fits in with their macros.. energy in and energy out
I want to reply in order to debunk the BS that you're posting but theres so much and im too lazy. Let me just say that every calorie is not the same. 10 calories from a carrot is not the same as 10 calories from fat. theres also different kinds of fat and... yeah too much for a post. You're posting bull**** and you should feel bad.

Well yeah, the macronutrient content is different. But a calorie is a calorie.

No it isnt. your body treats fiber, fat, protein, carbs etc... differently. thats why im saying all calories arent the same.

i never said every calorie is the same, my uncle was a pro bodybuilder, my cousin is a pro mma fighter, i myself train both martial arts and for bodybuilding hypertrophy (hobby), i'm around guys who are diced to the socks on a regular, guys who eat maccy d's and kfc...

i'm simply saying when ur at a certain level of training like floyd is, u can get away with things the average guy working a 9-5 can't. also genetics and metabolism plays a huge part

i cant spend all day in the gym, thus i have to watch my caloric intake, count my macros if i am to keep 9% to 12 % body fat level.

a professional who spends all day in the gym, burns more energy than me, thus floyd can have a kfc meal and not stress about his weight and the size of his waist, i dont have that luxury. my refeed/cheat males depend on if i'm bulking or cutting

yea the long lasting effects of putting god knows what into ur body are still unknown to us, alot of these junk foods are packed with hidden content which cud be cancerous.

Every camp is different, but I feel comfortable and I’m pretty sure my opponent is ready to fight because I am. All I try to do is to stay positive and get good work in," Mayweather said.

What does a picture of Ariza stretching Floyd out have to do with Maidana's gloves? One has nothing to with the other
