I want to reply in order to debunk the BS that you're posting but theres so much and im too lazy. Let me just say that every calorie is not the same. 10 calories from a carrot is not the same as 10 calories from fat. theres also different kinds of fat and... yeah too much for a post. You're posting bull**** and you should feel bad.lol@ cheep ingredients
ur body doesnt work like that, meat is meat to ur body, carbs are carbs and fats are fats
if ur eating to much carbs and not burning dem off den u will grow fat, same with if ur eating too much fat.
if u dont use up them carbs and fats for fuel den u go out of shape, they get stored as fat, have u seen how hard these ****in boxers train? they need all the carbs and fats they can get,
if u dont have no carbs and fats left to burn and ur protien is also been converted into energy, guess wat ur body starts to burn? muscle..and dats how u end up weight drained and looking gaunt
Boxers who train hard can eat anything they like as long as it fits in with their macros.. energy in and energy outComment

i'm simply saying when ur at a certain level of training like floyd is, u can get away with things the average guy working a 9-5 can't. also genetics and metabolism plays a huge part
i cant spend all day in the gym, thus i have to watch my caloric intake, count my macros if i am to keep 9% to 12 % body fat level.
a professional who spends all day in the gym, burns more energy than me, thus floyd can have a kfc meal and not stress about his weight and the size of his waist, i dont have that luxury. my refeed/cheat males depend on if i'm bulking or cuttingLast edited by FrankieBruno; 09-01-2014, 03:08 PM.Comment

I can't wait to see Floyd at his best!Boxing superstar and 11-Time World Champion Floyd Mayweather, who faces Marcos “El Chino” Maidana in the main event of “MAYHEM: Mayweather vs. Maidana 2” on Saturday, Sept. 13 live on SHOWTIME PPV® from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, was interviewed by Steve Farhood.
“I think I have gotten much stronger in this training camp [for Maidana rematch]. I’m making sure that my body is stretched the right way. Every camp is different, but I feel comfortable and I’m pretty sure my opponent is ready to fight because I am. All I try to do is to stay positive and get good work in," Mayweather said.
