          Meat is meat to your body. But theres a difference in quality and nutrients. If livestock are fed garbage, the meat will be likewise. Grass fed beef is not the same as beef where the cattle are fed crap grains and whatnot.

              Not to mention all the preservatives in low quality foods. It might not show on your physique but your insides definitely will be effected.

                Don't be fooled. Floyd does indulge in junk food at times, but most of the time he's eating a good cooked meal, and more organic food. The junk food on camera is more for show. Floyd doesn't even drink or smoke.

                  Protein will be used up regardless, the quality of the protein has a small bearing in the great scheme of things.

                  These boxers who train all day, need the pro, carbs and fats, its all being used up.

                  A Maccy D meal will not cause u any harm, boxers also consume protein shakes and other foods, vitamins and minerals, etc.. so it's not like they are eating junk food all day and sitting on their arse pilling on the weight

                  A lot of folks complicate nutrition

                    Fact is u can eat a KFC meal a day and still build muscle, still keep ur weight in check and still get diced to the socks, as long as ur using up the carbs, fats and protein and training hard. Its all about macros and calories in and calories burned

                    The guy saying u cant have a 6 pack if u eat a kfc meal, is a moron

                      Totally agree. I used to train hard and would eat a pack hotdogs and not care. I still looked great. Nowadays I'm just more conscious with preservatives and how acidic these foods will make my body.
