I think we might get Cotto-Kirkland

I was 100% sure Canelo-Kirkland would happen in dec but now we hearing Canelo-Clottey. That can only mean Kirkland is in the running for a Cotto fight and turned down Canelo.

Much as I crap on Kirkland, he's a risky fight for Cotto. I'd give Miguel a lot of props for risking the Alvarez fight against him.

      Interesting fight. I like it.
Dangerous fight for both. Cotto boxes and takes out Kirkland in 7-9.

Fine with me, it better not be on PPV though. I can't wait to hear the excuses about how much Kirkland sucks after Cotto outclasses and KO's him.

They'll say Kirklands knees were shot or blame his trainer for overtraining Kirkland. But no credit for Cotto .

It's a bit risky IMO. If Cotto hasn't stopped Kirkland by the early rounds and he's still coming forward putting massive pressure it could end up bad for Miguel.

How does that mean that? He could've balked at the money and turned down a fight... would've be the first time Kirkland has done that.

I go with Kirkland on this one. Anne Wolfe will have him ready for sure. That training camp will be a tough one for him but she will get him ready.

Kirkland is a tough outing... but why? I thought the argument was to take a soft fight to get ready for Canelo in the Spring
