groves is the most overrated fighter on bscene. ward would be absolutely shredded for fighting him.

is rodriguez great? of course not. he's done more than degale, for sure.
Rogriguez also has gifts against Aaron Pryor Jr and Will Rosinsky.

degale is a less accomplished fighter than rodriguez. this isn't amateur boxing. if you don't recognize that, you're biased.
What has Rodriguez accomplished in the pros exactly? Naff all.

no, the best fight for ward would be kovalev, hopkins or stevenson. but that ain't happening any time soon is it? when the alternatives are inactivity and middleweights, groves would certainly be ward's best option right now. groves will fight and beat anthony dirrell and prove he's a force at smw.

No one is accomplished until they get a chance. Froch was once less accomplished than Jermain Taylor. That didn't keep JT upright. Froch is 37 and DeGale is quick and can box. He's a top ten guy at 168 and a real threat. I didn't say he's great. He's good. The Groves loss was CLOSE and early in both careers. There's nothing wrong with this fight.

his win over grachev is without a doubt better than anything degale has.

his loss comes to a great fighter, and degale's came to a green george groves.

what has degale done? worn british colored trunks?

If he doesn't fight GGG or Chavez then I'd take this fight and I'd still go to it just to see DeGale get knocked out, he sits on the ropes too long and Carl would have a field day.

The best fight for Ward is to settle matters with Goosen. That whole thing SUCKS. No clue who is right but it's costing one of the best of this generation too much of his prime.

There's no telling who will be THE fight for him by the time that is settled. It could be well into next year. I expect GGG will still be undefeated. A lot of other outcomes could change the picture.

groves is clearly a world class talent. two exciting, closely contested losses to froch are more impressive than wins over the likes of grachev and maderna
