No, you got it wrong: people aren't arguing "for Maidana" (Maidana isn't the issue here)... "people" are arguing against a dude who is changing, at will, the very context of a fight... a dude who feels he's entitled to change whatever it crosses his mind (i.e. hand wraps, gloves, shoes, shorts, mouth shields, groin protectors, a.s.o.) just because he pays...
