What Floyd did placing both his opponent, and himslef in danger and there should be an investigation.

How can an illiterate fool be allowed to make up rules on the spot, and overrule the NSAC, who have trained professionals and are certified to do their job, which is to protect their fighters by enforcing rules that have taken years and study to make sure they are fit to protect the fighter.

And here we have this illiterate fool making up rules to give himself a advantage, while the NSAC does nothing. There should be an investigation on the NSAC for letting such an incompetent and illiterate fool jeapordize the health of himself and his opponent..
