Practically what happened in the first Mayweather vs Maidana fight. Floyd overuled the Nevada State Athlethic Comission(NSAC). Thats right, FLoyd, we're talking about Maidana's Rival for the night, and He got to dictate what Maidana should use on his hands, and overuled the NSAC. NSAC have trained and knowlegable professionals, not just some illiterate fighter trying to get an advantage.

WHy even have the NSAC if their voice has no weight?

There should be an investigation on how an Illeterate and Incompetant fool is able to make up his own rules on the spot, risking the safety of his opponent and himself, and overule the NSAC.
