Steroids are for people who don't have talent. They need them just to be competitive. You could tell from day one Pacquiao was a special fighter, and you knew from the first moment you saw him that he was one of the great ones.

All that combined with not a single shred of evidence of him using, not even the smallest one over 3 decades.
Pacquiao maybe clean now but I don't believe he always has been clean.

Friend of mine says, " Pacquiao is as clean as my underwear, after work".
      He's a construction worker...lol

If you hesitate on drug testing and have as many excuses come from your people as Pacquiao's camp made, you open yourself to accusation.

I just don't get NSB. You test negative for years, beat the rumors, go random with the hardest commission (VADA) and still pass, and still perform at an elite level. They ACCUSE over what happened from a span of 10 years without any proof.

I will always say this.... Juan has shown more steroid abuse in 2 years then Manny has in a decade.

Now go ahead and call me a *******... I sleep better at night that my fav fighter doesn't have to worry about tests and rumors... that's Juan's job now.

Didn't Floyd fail OST too sometime ago? lol

what about roy jones, a dude with possibly the most ridiculously god given, natural born talents? obviously add steroids to the equation and you're augmenting a natural beast into a monster

Steroids can't make a fighter throw triple hooks.

This is what I'm saying, you cant ingest talent.

However, using PEDs you could increase your stamina and decrease recovery time, which means you could spend all day everyday in the gym practicing those triple hooks.

Well, I think you have to look at PAC's character. He is an honest guy and seems to be a guy of honour.

Other than cheating on his wife and late night drinking in his younger rebellious days, his character is beyond reproach.

In boxing it's hard to change from good to elite after the age 25. Also when u move up in weight there are normally things that u gain. U gain physical strength and a slight increase in punching power. On the other hand, u lose alot of things, u lose hand speed, u lose quickness and swiftness on the feet, ur punch output decreasesas well as ur stamina especially if u move up so quickly cuz ur heart and lungs can't provide enough oxygen filled blood to ur newly gained muscles for 12 rounds like it did when u had smaller muscles (heart muscles and lungs need a lot of time to grow and become stronger).

So when Pacquiao struggles with Marquez at 130 lbs in March 2008 and then walk through Dela Hoya at 147 at the same year without showing any signs of fatigue cuz of the added weight and with the same output volume he had at 106 lbs, some questions have to be asked!
I think Pacquiao is a great fighter, but i can't blame Floyd for demanding random blood and urine testing. Fighters use PEDs for 10 years without getting caught (like Mosley) and we all saw how Mosleys abiities, physical appearance and even facial appearance Changed dramatically when he fought Floydcuz he didnt juice up for the fight cuz of the test.
U can't say that Mosley was old cuz less than a year before he fought Floyd he knocked out Margarito.
