pac has agreed to all testing years ago, the reason the fight was not made was because when pac agreed to floyds terms of 14 days, 7, 3 or whatever, floyd kept changing the terms to piss pac off for which pac told floyd to go f himself

even when pac agreed to any testing floyd wanted, he then went on some ******ed terms like pac having to fight for him 3 times and having to leave top rank etc

its clear as day, the testing was a way for floyd to duck the fight, pacs been agreeing to every floyd demand, yet floyd kept changing them when he panicked

Why else would you turn down a fight that huge because of a drug test? If youre clean you take the test and you have a fight everyone wants, except for Pac. He's a cheat and alot of people got fooled. You know how people hate to admit they got took. He got off the roids and got knocked out again.
