Everyone is saying how all marcos has to do is make minor adjustments and the fight is in the bag. Do they really think floyd is just sitting in his mansion doing nothing? Floyd hates rematches and will come out to make a statement v marcos. Marcos looking for a ko might get him ko'd.

Crowding Floyd worked to a degree but trying to keep distance is a mistake in my opinion. Chino needs to get more accurate up close.

That plan will fly out of the window by round three. It was the aggression that made him find the success he did manage. The real issue was his body punching was mostly to the sides...he should've sent more bombs straight down the middle forcing those forearms down before returning back upstairs.

The problem with Maidana's body shots is he hates taking them! Floyd's body shots were exactly where you want Maidana to throw his, and in the late rounds, Floyd's body shots seemed to affect Maidana way more than Maidana's shots affected Floyd. Maidana is historically soft in the belly, and lacking in stamina. He better look for a KO early because he's not getting a decision.

Team maidana sending mixed signals about their game plan. Going for the knockout against Floyd is a bad idea. Giving Floyd space is a bad idea. Trying to box better and be more accurate is a bad idea. He should stick to what he knows. It's really the only chance he has in this fight.

Well of course he's going to be looking to knock him out.

He is never going to "outbox" him is he.

Of course Maidana will not be looking for the 1 big punch, that's really more of a lurking approach. He'll do it with aggression, volume and high effort.

All maidana has to do is fight him the exact way he fought him the first time that is his best chance of winning trying to box with Floyd...forget about it.

Absolutely right man pressuring Floyd and accurate punching on the inside is his best shot if I were him I'd try keep distance to a minimum.

I think tbis fight will be interesting. Floyd probably cannot use his legs like he used to be able to do, agre is age. Also Floyd might get into trouble if he counters with a well placed punch here and there....Chino cn smother those counters quickly.

Madianna is a decent pressure fighter and has a really underestimated jab. His jab was a problem for Floyd and allowed him to chase Floyd into the ropes. Madianna has to be relentless with the pressure...he has to come up a notch and peak, hopefully watching tapes of some of the best pressure guys, getting his wind up, etc.

Madianna is also really ackward and throws from crazy angles with looping shots which confuse a good counter puncher. I don't think Floyd can counter Chino like he thinks he can.
