Roach confirmed Manny and arum turned the fight down in 2009 (video and thread here on NSB). You confirmed in your earlier post Manny turned the fight down again but justified that decision over the lack of ppv %. At some point, these actions should determine who does/doesn't want fight.

Thats retarted if ANYONE takes that deal. Pacquiao was, at the time before getting ko'd, the number two guy right behind floyd. A 60/40 split with no ppv revenue or any merchandise sales, NOTHING. You forget that $40 mil is $12 mil more than manny ever made (up with the bulk of ppv revenue. So its a trade off, no ppv in exchange for the chance to make 42% more than you've ever made with the bulk of the ppv.

Like I said, only an idiot would take that deal. also, he rejected the blood testing one in 2009 cuz floyd wanted to test up to the date of the weigh in, witch is a no no cuz he wasnt doing that himself it was just for pacquiao.
