I think it'd be same as Khan vs Maidana with the exception of Khan ending him early by a bodyshot, everyone picking Thurman to KO Khan but I believe that'd not be the case in the real fight.

Thurman is fast and he hits really hard. That spells trouble for Khan. Plus Thurman throws a lot of combinations so he will catch Khan and floor him. It will be an interesting fight but I have Thurman winning this one by TKO. Btw, Khan loves to clinch as well and Thurman throws really great uppercuts. So I def think the punch that may floor Khan may be from an uppercut.
