GBP is held to a higher standard because they are associated with Haymon. This undercard is poor but IMO its still better than any recent Pacquiao undercard.

TR undercards have historically been awful, but that doesn't mean we should exuse GBP for it.


they've also been making a mockery of the regular showtime airwaves, which cost $20 a month. the cards they've been putting on there have been bad.

We already have Arum saying "no one cares about undercards," and now GBP is going the same route. That's not cool! If I pay $60+, I want a stacked card, not just a good main event.

in fairness, casuals drive ppv sales, and they really don't care or undercards. arum is right about most fans when he says that.

what they're doing is insulting us hardcore boxing fans, who pay a lot of money for hbo and showtime, and drop $70 for HD ppv events. you don't need to pay a ton of money for exciting fights on undercards.

whaty they're doing is showcasing their fighters, which i don't think is right on a ppv. just make some cheap action fights.

molina vs lundy 2 type fights. hell, even molina vs bey 2. you don't have to pay an arm and a leg, just make a fun fight.

Big mistake. People are complaining because they only buy Mayweather fights because of the undercard or a star opponent. This card has neither. Now we will finally see what Mayweather ACTUALLY draws. It wont be much.
