They should have put that Kayode Lateef against Luis fight as an undercard i dint understand why they do what they do

GBP is held to a higher standard because they are associated with Haymon. This undercard is poor but IMO its still better than any recent Pacquiao undercard.

History has proven that most undercards are mere seat fillers and rarely feature
outstanding, competitive matchups.

An awesome undercard, predicated on the performance of the fighters, is going to raise the PPV cost significantly.

Unfortunately, some undercard fighters show up just for the paycheck and not to make a splash and get in line for a title shot.
