And by the way they are matching his brother I wouldn't be surprised to see another pair of sibling champions.
He would destroy Nietes. Easy Work. This guy is not a prospect. Inoue is a Prodigy.

Thats actually good because Top Rank has all the 126 pound talent. They have the majority of the Champs in that division. Lomachenko, Gradovich, Doughnut. Golden Boy only has Johnny Gonzalez. He can achieve more at Top Rank as long as he and the other champs stay at 126.

Kid Galahad is weak. All those other names are legit good prospects.

Good stuff! Bizarre story with Baha..... he fought Angelo Santana who was promoted by Don King. He beat him. Signed with DK himself.... like literally right in the ring. Lol. And then fell completely off the map! DK ruined the momentum he had going.

I'm not sure if he's still with him but it looks like he's finally starting to make a comeback

Ehh...Walters definitely would be on without a doubt... IF, he didn't fight Vic. I think beating Darchinyan is enough to elevate him off the prospect list. He's ready for the top dogs right now, IMO, and he'll be getting them soon.. most likely

Vic is old but he still had something left in the tank when he fought Walters. He gave Donaire hell in the rematch right before that.

His trainer Ken Richardson was able to get him released from King, thank god. Since then he's been in some stay busy fights against less than impressive opposition. I'd like to see him in another step up fight soon on espn or shobox. He's a talented lefty than can box and slug. He could be a real force at 135 in the not so distant future.

That's great to hear. Actually it looks like he fought two days ago against Osumanu Akaba, who fought Ricky Burns back in 2008. But there isn't a result on boxrec yet. Weird.

I agree, he can definitely (and should of by now had he not signed with DK) make some noise at 135. There is plenty of good fights that can be made at 135. Also, he is only 27 so there's plenty of time

Now that I'm looking at his boxrec.... I notice they have him listed as a 154lber? How is that possible? he wasn't a big LW, he's only 5'6......... is this a mistake or did he gain 25lbs while being inactive since his Santana victory? lol

Don't know how I forgot Benavidez and Valdez

I'm tempted not to add Makabu because I believe he will be getting a big fight soon.... And he fought and beat Dmytro Kucher impressively, but I guess that was a prospect vs. prospect fight just like Baha vs. Santana so we will list him as a prospect
