We simply dont know enough about him, but from what i see, this guy looks dangerous and his style is different from a lot of boxers ive seen at 147.

His best bet like i said is to fight Devon, but if he knocks Devon out, believe me Brook and Khan will never go near him
I would expect him to beat Alexander.

People know how little I rate Alexander The Average. People call him skilled, but this is a guy that was losing a boxing match from the outside to Shawn Porter. It would be a decent fight to see Thurman with someone ranked, but I'd expect most good fighters at 147 to beat Alexander.

The problem with Thurman is that he hasn't had a chance to PROVE himself yet. But of course, as long as he has punching power and talks a mean game, the delusional fanboy types will think everyone else in the sport is afraid of him. No one is afraid to fight him. I believe Alexander would fight. Guerrero would fight him. And they'd be 50/50 fights too, because those guys are two steps above literally everyone Thurman has faced, except maybe Chaves (and he was losing that Chaves fight through 6 or 7 rounds). I really don't think he could beat Brook.

Thurman is going to end up fighting another C class guy like Roberto Garcia, and you Thurmanites are going to say it's because "no one's willing to fight him! they're ducking!!". But it won't make it true. Haymon is strategically maneuvering all his fighters. Honestly, I see potential in Thurman. Maybe he will be champion at some point and win some big fights. I'm not saying he can't. But I'm tired of the delusional fanboyism. Having a punch = instant hall of famer whom everyone fears, according to some of you guys.

Devon has a solid chin, if Thurmann can lay him out flat, thats a big statement

Thurman may not have any of the top names on his record yet but he's destroyed the no namer's on his way up in style, the way superstar fighters do. Diaz, Soto Karass, Chaves and Quintana are all good wins and he even stopped them all and these are tough guys if not the best the division can offer. Jan Zaveck is another good win and Thurman proved he can do 12 against a rock chinned opponent too. He wants the best but they don't want him, he doesn't bring enough reward yet to merit the risk so I don't hold his lack of A list opponents against him.

I rate him. I like him too, guys Hungry as **** like a young Fernando Vargas, he is exciting and his bring the best attitude is refreshing, He takes risks in the ring so can be a touch vulnerable but basically his defence is good, his recovery and his cojones too and his chin aint bad. I think he's a threat to anyone. He may clean up or he may get popped but if he does lose it will be in a good fight and he'd go out swinging and he will still be relevant, he's said it himself he isn't afraid to lose.

Thurman has great stamina, speed and power but his chin is slightly suspect as is his defense, he is nowhere near earning a Floyd fight, he has to beat some solid guys first
I agree. Unfortunately, it will be at least another year before we get a chance to see Thurman against a B-class fighter. And that will probably be a fight for a vacant championship belt after Mayweather retires and vacates .

Alexander moved up from 140. He has fought less than 10 fights at welterweight, but he has still fought better competition at 147 than Thurman, who has fought all but one or two of his fights at 147.

He's in the same predicament as GGG. Tons of talent but can't land that one big fight.
