And I let Danny slide with Herrera (I knew how good of a boxer he was, but he was a backfire on Danny's part), because c'mon. The man went through a gauntlet of tough opposition. Brook, not so much.
Khan or Thurman should be next. Thurman has to win on 10/18. It is in no way ducking.

I get the logic behind the Khan fight-I just think waiting is a big risk because Khan's chin isn't too sturdy.

If he fights rios or ghost next-that's fine with me. As adults we should be able to handle not getting exactly what we want, especially if what we do get is pretty good.

Doing it now is also a risk. You risk losing an arseload of revenue. You weigh up the risk against the reward

Never said I was mad at a Khan or Ghost fight.

Because whether or not YOU are "mad" is the be all and end all of whether fights get made or not

What is up with Thurman fighting Porter or Bundu or someone?

Guy has been world champion for 4 days and already being accused of ducking lol
Kind of like how the Europeans on the site became Brook fans over night?

You a liar if you say Errol spence skills are not potentially P4P elite as well as at least 10 American fighters prospects. Americans can have bandwagons because the talent is bred here, not saying globally there are not great fighters, just saying boxing Mecca here in America. Created the most techniques and legends in the sport. You should know as Brook employs an American style, the same style that the British didn't give credit to when Andre Dirrell beat Froch but was robbed.

If they fight in December-since neither has a fight in between-the revenue projection is more certain.

To wait means-not only do you have to hope Khan's chin hold's up. you also have to hope Bob/al doesn't come in with an offer for khan. you also have to hope neither gets injured or Brook doesn't lose.

should either lose, that would likely reduce the viability of doing the fight in a stadium. this fight isn't Manny v Floyd-it doesn't have "staying power"

The best example is JuanMa v Gamboa. JuanMa just got caught, unexpectedly, and a $2.5-3 mil dollar fight instantly became worth a mil or less.

The revenue projection is certain but it's **** for a fight of that magnitude. 20k fans.....when you can wait and do double, triple or quadruple that.

If Khan loses, it's not the end of the world. Then Brook goes after Mayweather or Pacquiao.

Will Keith Thurman accept a 90/10 split to come to the UK and fight Brook?

Brook needs a Khan win to get a manny/Floyd fight. Khan almost surely needs a belt, or at least show he can pack an arena.

Its likely there is only going to be 1 big fight in England at ww. By not going in December, that increases the likelihood there will be none.

By going next in December, not only do you guarantee there will be at least one, if things break right-then you can potentially have an undefeated Danny or Thurman come over for another big arena fight.
