Promoter Eddie Hearn has big plans for IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook. Following last Saturday's decision victory over Shawn Porter, Brook became one of three beltholders in boxing***8217;s hottest division, with the other two champions being superstars such as Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.

Mayweather isn't even allowed into the UK.

Even if he was, selling out Wembley isn't going to help Showtime pay his $32m guarantee, nor are they going to get a huge site fee from Wembley that they'd get from the MGM.

Moreover, it's not a competitive match-up imo. Pure boxer v pure boxer, and Floyd is the obviously superior pure boxer.

No the wouldn't. Those 80,000 people are not all boxing fans at the Froch/Groves fight. They are football/soccer fans who will have been drinking heavily.

They would not hang around for two foreign fighters they don't know.

If Brits loved boxing to the extent you seem to imagine we would hold almost every single world title in boxing because boxing would have to be our no 1 sport.
