Do people really expect Cotto to take on another tough fight after Sergio Martinez? A tough fight that could jeopardize the Mega fight with Canelo next May? That would be the dumbest thing Cotto could ever do. This is going to be a tune-up for the Cinco de Mayo Mega Showdown!

I wouldnt mind seeing andy lee, martin murray, curtis stevens, or even matthew macklin. No ppv, will still get plenty of views and sell tickets to build up for Cotto-Canelo PPV in May to compete with mayweather. The only other fight that would make more money than cotto-canelo would be these two:
mayweather vs pacquiao
mayweather vs ggg(dont hold your breath for this one)
or mayweather vs cotto 2

He should had picked Rubio before Golovkin did. He's competitive but not at Cotto's league. It also gives Cotto the opportunity to defend his title in 160 with a real middleweight and avoid the critics.
