Man I hope this happens. Provo gave Rios 1st shot at Provo's belt and Rios played head games he was interested at 147. Provo was clear he just win the title at 140 and wanted to defend it there; that's credible. Rios goes into hiding and as soon as Provo named Algieri, Rios flew off the handle with all his trash talk, saying he would have fought Provo at 140 too. Oh well Rios missed the boat, Algieri got beat up in the meantime and they took the belt away from Provo. So now Rios has his shot at Provo.

Bam Bam, don't let anything but fear keep you from signing to fight Provo, you had so much trash talking towards.
