Kell looked like a solid fighter but he held like there was no tomorrow. Don't want to hear from all his fans now coming out the woodwork that have been so critical of Ward.

Plus it wasn't his coming out party, that was a very close fight

If by real deal you mean B to B+ then he is the real deal. To be honest I thought he looked OK. I can easily see him getting knock off in his next fight depending on the opponent. But he deserved to win the title last night so cong**** to him.

You don't get to mention the clinching with out porter's clinching, shoulder checks and rabbit punching

I was impressed with Brook's composure throughout the fight. He stayed very calm and relaxed the whole fight.

Porter was very wild and didn't set up his punches with anything. He was just mindlessly lunging forward and trying to make it a dog fight but he was just smothering himself and his corner couldn't adjust and they had no Plan B

Brook has a stiff jab- but I think he could be even better if he threw it a bit more and followed up with his right hand. When he did do it, it was beautiful.

Brook is pretty good but we all knew that already. He never pressed the fight which pissed me off.

Porter basically way under performed and was overhyped.

Most guys won't be able to compete with him due to his size.
Pretty much all of the top 10 except for him and Thurman have moved up from lower weights. He's a big guy with skill and movement. Tough guy to beat.

Yea seriously, if a guy is rabbit punching me all fight long he is getting clinched. Not sure why you guys are sitting up here acting like Porter didn't initiate most of the clinching. Most of his punches landed were to the back of Brook's head to the point even Brook started to throw some back.
