low blowing is also a good technique to make those wild aggressive fighters calm da *** down. how dare you be aggressive. fight at a slow pace that i like!

i thought this was the objective of boxing... taking a persons strengths away and making them fight how u want them too or am i trippin, and low blows are illegal but clinching/grappling is a part of the art and can be used, if porter was a well rounded fighter he would have adapted

maybe you need to read the art of war

you're telling porter to learn how to box yet you're endorsing clinching in the same goddamn sentence. it isn't "boxing" and it's technically illegal.

seriously **** clinching. you clinch when you're hurt, that's fine. i don't know why anyone would defend such a b*tchmade tactic. punch, grab, punch, grab, punch, grab. you enjoy watching that?

i dont enjoy it, never said i did, but its apart of the sport just because you would do it a certain way and dont like it makes no difference because he lost the fight clearly he had no plan b, was off balance, got jabbed up and was wild... i would sure love to see how u would have fought that fight but kell did what worked for him and got the W

... "clinching/grappling is a part of the art and can be used"... That is what they learn these days...

I think there needs to be a rematch. It was a very very close fight.

A very dull, tedious, ugly and boring fight because of the excessive holding that Brook was allowed to get away with but still a close fight. I thought that the right man won though. He timed Porter well with his counters, used his length and his jab well and stunted Porter's offense with the clinch. Had the referee been a little more strict about not allowing so much holding I think we would have seen a different fight possibly. He didn't hold as much as a Carlos Molina does but he had a free pass on using that tactic and he used it excessively.
We can agree to disagree. I never felt Brook was in any danger. I was surprised how Brook had an answer for everything porter did.

no one knows what inside fighting is anymore. you just need to throw one punch at a time then hold on for dear life for twelve rounds and hope you get the decision. "get the W now and look good the next time doe"

had the fight like the first judge 114-114 the excessive holding was pissing me off. I could see if someone had brook winning 115-113 but 117-111 and 116-112 did not happen.
