If Khan backs out of fighting this year like he did last year vs Alexander, it'll be another punk move just like it was last year.

You guys need to chill. Khan will dominate Brook. All the advantages that Brook had vs Porter he wont have against Khan. Khan wont be lunging in like a ******. Khan has faster feet, hands and better movement than Brook. If Khan's chin don't fails him, he will win a wide decision or a late stoppage!

How ironic, the challenger telling the champ "I'll fight you now, since you earned a title." This is what's wrong with boxing. Brook had to beat the champ Porter, on the road in the U.S., to earn a shot with Khan, and Khan only had to beat Collazo. I think Khan will beat Brook, and then fight Mayweather for the title unifications. Last night, I thought Brook was calling out Thurman. Things change fast in less than 24 hours!

Now the fight makes perfect sense since both fighters are proven at a high level, and it's a big grudge match too which has been simmering nicely.

Brook did a fantastic job last night, and it makes the Khan fight very interesting indeed. It's probable that Brook will now be the favorite going into that fight.
Foh. Khan is a bi*ch... He doesn't call any shots.

My first time actually seeing Brook fight...I like porter & think he's a classy kid. But I was pulling for Brook hoping they wouldn't rob him. I was very happy w/ the way he performed. I thought he was relaxed, composed & sharp all night. His conditioning held well also. I was a lil disappointed at how dirty shawn fought...He led w/ his head all night & rabbit punched constantly. He fought wild & uncontrolled. I get their strategy but the execution was poor. In my mind porter was very ineffective & sloppy. i also like that Kell did not react or complain once. He went in focused...remained focused & did his job. That's the way u do it. Salute to him....**** khan. Hope he beats &/or overshadows him completely.Well done...

If I were Brook I would tell him to F off and wait for the winner of Pacquiao vs. Algieri and unify. Make Khan beg. Im pretty sure Pacquiao or Algieri will be willing to fight in the UK since they are fighting overseass anyway.
Khan had every right to turn down Brook before. This was Brook's first good win. Besides, before the Porter fight, Khan said if Brook beats him, he'd hit the big stage, something like that. He's keeping his word. If Khan said that now Brook has to beat some one else or get another title, you'd have bashed him anyway. So now he wants Brook, now that the fight will actually be big and seen as more competitive.

Exactly. Why cant people understand this? The only person a Khan-Brook fight would have benefited before last night was Brook. OK Khan might have got a nice payday but beating Brook before he had a single significant win wouldn't have meant anything in the bigger picture.

                      Now the fight means something.
