Khan was unified champion at 140lbs. He's fought several world class and name fighters.

Brook hadn't fought any really until last night. The fight would have been big in the UK but it wouldn't have meant much on the world stage.

Now Brook has won a title and announced himself to an American audience, it's a much more significant match-up.
