Im not sure about that, I have no problem with him winning, but that was quite a close fight, that depends on how you scored the first half of the fight before brook established his jab.

The first half was close, and then Brook took over. He landed all the clean shots and had Porter baffled, hurt, and tired.

It's not like Porter won 5 of the first 6 or anything. He won maybe half of them.

Brook started clinching and wrestling just after 30 seconds in the first round and the ref allowed him to do that without any warning -- I've seen that before...

(The great guys, such as Floyd or BHop, do not use to turn the game into a grappling one...)

Good for brooks but how horrible of a fight. The card went into the toilet after Fig-estrada

The Bika-Dirrell was probably among some of the worst fights I've ever seen. It's a shame cause their first fight was actually pretty good but this one just horrendous. Cong**** to Dirrell though, but I can't see him being a great champion. I would take all the top UK guys (Froch, DeGale and Groves) over him, as well as Ward (obviously).

The Brook-Porter fight wasn't much better. Brook was the clear winner, he showed some flashes of brilliance but again not a great performance overall.

Not a lot of class show inside the ring.

Porter reminded me of Maidana - fighting wildly (and hitting behind the head) without a proper plan. I'm glad Brook won. Great win for Brook.
