If this bores you then you should probably pick another sport to follow.

Box Rec has Alexander @ 5'8 1/2", Porter @ 5' 7", and Brook @ 5' 9". Oddly enough, Porter's reach is listed @ 69.5'", to Brook's 69", so reaching him may not be a problem. Alexander's reach is 70", but it didn't make a difference, because Porter was in his face all night. Skill, speed & power are going to be key factors that win this fight, more so than height & reach.

Boxrec pull those stats out of their ass.

However, Brook doesn't have a specifically long reach and Porter does have deceiving reach because he's so small. So I wouldn't be surprised if that was true.

              From the top:

              Kell Brook - Shawn Porter
              Sakio Bika - Anthony Dirrell
              Omar Fegueroa - Daniel Estrada
              Deontay Wilder - Jason Gavern
Jorge Linares - Ira Terry (not sure if televised).

Then you have a host of smaller fights including Callum smith vs bum, Luke Campbell vs bum etc.

                Figueroa-Estrada, Porter-Brook, and Bika-Dirrell.

Sounds like a pretty decent card, all in all.

Also didn't realize that Wilder-Gavern was on the card too.

Porter has sparred with guys better than Kell Brook.

Shawn's leaping left hook will find a home early and often in this fight. Kell ain't ready.

Porter vs Brook, Bika vs Anthony Dirrell, Figueroa vs Astrada. Wilder is also listed to fight Gavern, but that fight is not slated to be televised. They'll likely squeeze in the highlights.
