Soliman-Taylor to be on ESPN2 (possibly)

This fight could go like Soliman-Sherrington or Soliman-Lorenzo. Sam put Lorenzo on his ass amazingly enough and stopped Sherrington.
Even at his peak, Jermain had trouble with the smaller and awkward Spinks, and Ouma kept Jermain on the backfoot their entire fight. I don't see how Soliman loses this fight other than robbed on the cards, which with Haymon's presence very possible. However the winner has to fight Stevens/N'Dam, neither of whom are Haymon fighters and both of whom would be bad news with little reward for Taylor. If Taylor wins this fight I see him retiring on the spot and the winner of Stevens/N'Dam the new champ. In which case, both of the those guys would rather face Peter Quillin than Golovkin.Comment

So the Taylor offer tha blew K2s offer out of the water is enough to land it on ESPN 2?
Anyway, Soliman is trying to get money here and GGG later... it's not a bad idea, but he should realize everything will be moot if he loses
Also
Jermain Taylor***39;s December win vs. JC Candelo didn***39;t get him ranked by IBF until June. Now No. 15. Rather convenient. #OnlyInAustralia

What constitutes brain damage? Because he's already had the brain bleed, and it was worrisome possible sign a few years ago when he got into a fight with his mother (at the mall?) and police had to be involved. I guess he's honestly no worse off than Roy Jones or James Toney, but that's not good company to be in.
He has a bad history back when he was in regular training - KO'd by Pavlik, Abraham, & Froch in a two year period, and was badly wobbled by Caleb Traux when Traux finally started throwing punches in their fight. Now he's been out of the gym for extended period of time and not used to taking punches, which makes it extremely hard to get used to taking them again at his age.Comment

If it's on ESPN, then Haymon must be paying out of pocket to get that belt to Taylor. And then to give the belt to Quillin. They had the Geale fight coming up and we had to wait a little bit and then this offer came in and it blew the (offer for the) Golovkin fight out of the water," Emhoff saidComment

It is also probable, that if he wins against Taylor, Soliman would try an Australian derby with Mundine. And then a rematch with Sturm. And only then he may think about GGG.Comment

Nah, IBF has the mando the week before and unless the make an exception after this for another voluntary, it's unify or mandatory. winner has to fight the mando , unify or vacate. IBF the only orgo that does that, if Taylor wins... most likely Danny or Quillin nextComment
