I think Golden Boy is gonna win this purse bid, Quillin (I mean his WBO belt) is too important for them. Top Rank matched Korobov very carefully so far, but he will be on his own this time, like Lomachenko was.
Really depends on where Quillin stands with GBP and Haymon. He'll most likely lean Haymon and GBP already got a MW title shot for Canelo. Hell, even if Canelo loses, Quillin won't say no to Canelo

Dan Goossen? I suspect Top Rank wins this one and Al allows Quillin to get the free HBO exposure.
Arum does not seem too invested with Korobov yet, kinda like he was with Vanes. He will probably bid low and promise Korobov a bonus if he wins.

Then Arum will try to match him up with Golovkin or Chavez.

Could Chavez even make 160 anymore?

He might be interested because he wants Murata a title. Have Korobov win and find a way to strip him or something.

Also Golovkin/Korobov could be a good undercard filler for a Pac card

Tom Loeffler says GGG is a main event prize fighter who doesn't and won't fight in undercards though.

Yea, I heard him say that, but seems like a decent possibility arum would chase if Korobov won. Then again, arum mentality is if it can be stand slone, then it will be one
