Even if I do, then I better be getting 50% of all money, even Khan's UK TV revenue". See how you can throw up obstacles?
Khan is gotta get a fight date and an opponent now and Porter isn't gonna be in the mood to pull the trigger on a deal for a November/December fight like the day after he fights on Saturday.
If Brook pulled the upset though, I think it's pretty obvious Khan would fight him immediately and that Brook would want to do the same. Huge money for both.

Maybe January? Does Amir want a fight in January, with the hopes of fighting Mayweather in May? Get Thurman for the next fight because it makes both dollars and sense.
No manager is going to put a marketable fighter with a history of a shaky chin in with a huge power puncher with NO résumé (especially if he also manages the other guy).
Best case, your guy might win and get no credit. Worst case, he gets iced.
Moreover, getting past Thurman proves nothing about Khan's viability as a potential opponent for Floyd. Floyd isn't much of a threat to knock out Khan so it's not like Khan has to face a big puncher to prove he'll be able to "take it" when he gets in with Floyd.

khan does more talking than fighting. He could have fought alexander last December. He could have fought guerrero on the mayweather/maidana card in may. he instead chose too fight collazo. khan should be focused solely on the winner of brook/porter. this way if he wins the IBF title. he could come too the table with a title and a fight with Floyd would be for all the original belts. WBC/IBF/WBA.
but we all know khan wont do that. he wants the easiest fight possible

I for one really believe that Khan can give Mayweather some real business inside the ring.
what resume do you speak of?
a washed up barrera
Judah win was decent.
maidana win was a good solid win
malinaggi was a solid win
kotelnik is nothing special
Molina?
diaz?
collazo?
and the good wins all came 3 too 4 years ago. khan cant live off of that. he needs too go out and fight somebody with a pulse.
and I agree with you that khan has the size and speed too be able too give Floyd trouble, but khan doesn't have the brains too win a fight against Floyd.

Thurman does not have a fight scheduled yet, so he should be the target for Khan. Khan should realize that he's in a competition for Mayweather, and right now Porter is winning. The only way to stay close is beating Thurman.

Khan is the fight Thurman needs too jump the line for a Floyd fight.

I think that if Khan wants a Mayweather fight, he needs to beat Thurman or else Mayweather might fight Porter instead. I don't think Alexander & Guerrero will be good enough.
Khan fought Diaz that was coming off a DRAW against Shawn Porter, Thurman fought Diaz after both Khan and Porter (rematch) beat him and Diaz already said that'd be his last fight before retirement.
Yet Porter's best wins are Khan's leftovers and Alexander?
I reckon you should have some of this
