Why are you on a boxing site if you don't care about the state of the sport?

Why should any boxer ever fight top fighters again if they can get 700,000 dollars to fight a sparring partner?

Do you care about boxing or just cheerlead your favorite boxers no matter what?

This is bad for the sport.

Whats the point of ever fighting top fighters if you get paid half a million for a tune up fight? Seriously, what sane person in this world would ever take a risk in a boxing ring when they can get paid the same amount of money for a fraction of the risk?

If you don't see how getting paid 600k to fight Salka ruins the integrity of the sport, I don't know what to tell you.

Kovalev has nothing to do with this. I mentioned him because you keep bringing him up
Yes they are. You just continue to ignore it and instead repeatedly point out salk's ranking.

You also refuse to point at everyone. You have come up with reasons for pretending the Kov caparello fight was ok-it wasn't. It was HBO giving a newly signed fighter a squash-same thing they have done going back years. You just say its a one time thing with Kov but a precursor for a repetitive pattern with Danny.

If you can only see one networks mismatches as ruining integrity-so be it. As for the money, the question you should be asking is why HBO isn't paying as much for what you consider to be more difficult work. Instead, you are suggesting sho lower what they pay to fighters.

Kov v Caparello is an example of a mismatch. I bring it up because you keep making the point that mismatches hurt the sport. Why are you suggesting I stop using it?

Once again..... if a fighter gets paid 700k to fight a guy like Rod Salka, why would they ever demand anything less, no matter the opponent?

they wouldn't. and thats why you have all these "if it makes financial sense" responses to call outs...

soon boxers will be demanding $3 million to fight gatekeepers. eventually the sport will completely die when this happens/ you really dont think this ruins the integrity of the sport?

Once again-does this apply to every fighter or just those on one network?

IS the sport ruined by, for example, Manny getting $20 mil to fight Algieiri? or is it only ruined if Broner get $1.25 to fight a bum?

This applies to absolutely every fighter and all networks.

Kovalev did not get paid anything close to 700k to fight Caparello. That fight does not hurt boxing.
