Reread the quote. Or do I have to requote it...Nah. Waste of my time. Do it yourself.
A lot of people are scared of needles.
But in PAC's case, I think it was moreso a bad experience in a previous fight. There was a mix up before Morales-PAC 1 regarding getting blood drawn. It didn't happen until 2 days before the fight.
Excuse or not, PAC believe losing blood weakend him. Psychological thing. In fact, many athletes have superstitions or routines they fellow before going into competition. Anything that messes that up can get into their head. Reasonable or not.Comment

Not hard to understand, I don't know where Juof is from but I have never ever watched a game of baseball in my life. I don't know a single person who plays it in the UK (there is a similar game here called rounders but its played at school really and not particularly competitive).
I don't know the rules, or how big a pitch is in comparison to say a football pitch. I don't know how hard a home run is to hit, how often they are hit if you told me a guy hit 70 home runs in a season I wouldn't have a clue whether that was good or bad. I don't know whether the players have to be particularly quick to get across bases (I assume they have to be?). All I know is everyone in the sport takes steroids and some baseball players are fat.
I did watch and read moneyball though... but purely because some people in football were using sabremetrics to analyse players to bring in (Sabermetrics doesn't work in football is what they eventually found)Last edited by Ryn0; 08-11-2014, 07:41 AM.Comment
