I disagree. Peterson has proven himself to be one of the top guys at 140 and just because he lost to Lucas doesn't mean he loses to Danny. They are totally different fighters. Herrera lost to Mayfield and Alvarado but still had the skills and style to beat Danny. It's a great fight IMO and would produce fireworks. A unification with Peterson or a rematch with Matthysse are to only two relevant fights for Danny at 140. If he doesn't take one of those two fights he might as well move up.

It sounds like by the way Danny and his dad have been talking, moving up is already a forgone conclusion. If Lamont can stay at 140, I'd love to see him in with Broner (that is IF he gets by Taylor).
