Would these be good matchups or tests?

No, I don't want to see Ortiz on my TV screen preferable ever again.

I like Thurman vs Porter down the line.

I'd like it. Thurman knocks both of them out viciously.

Not feeling this recent gun shy version of Berto, not sure if it was the step up in competition or what but he's not letting his hands go last few fights...Thurman moves to much for Berto.

Ortiz is a wild fighter and he has a tick that he's does before he attacks, I forgot what it was but if I go watch one of his fights I can point it out to you because he always does it, I forgot if it's a double step forward like a Mexican cholo coming in for a haymaker or something along those lines, Thurman would pick up on it and floor him like Collazo did.

Thurman would beat them both fairly easy imo.

What needs to happen is Ortiz - Berto 2. They're tailor made for each other.

Thurman knocks them both out on the same night. He knocks out Ortiz first.

Berto for all his faults the guy has the heart of a lion and never gives up trying to find a way too win.

I have zero interest in watching Ortiz because he'd predictable quit the moment he got hit or had to face any adversity.

If I was paying, I think I'd rather see Berto...he is chinny, but incredibly hard to stop. He was finally put away for the first time against Karass but that was in the last round and he beat the count. He's got heart and would give a good test for Thurman

Who knows what to expect out of Ortiz.... Even though he got caught with a big shot last fight, plenty of people felt like he gave up in that one too.

I don't think ortiz should be brought anymore. Time to forget about that guy. Berto vs Thurman would be a nice fight
