That's a great plan but it just won't happen. Garcia did the right thing by fighting Matthysse and it looks like Garcia may never do the right thing again. He won't ever give Lucas a rematch and Peterson will duck Thurman who is a welterweight and should not be in a 140 pound tournament.

In all honesty, Peterson looked pretty good against Jean in his last fight. Wasn't that impressed with the way he fought the kid last night though. If he boxed from the outside and moved for 12 rounds, he could beat Garcia. Garcia is not that great of a fighter. He's got a wicked left hook though that's for sure.
