Peterson vs Thurman seems pretty pointless to me. Peterson is notorious for his slow starts. The fight would be over in 2. I'd rather see Thurman vs Guerrero or Alexander. Then the winner gets the Garcia Matthysse winner.

Peterson is just not that good. And I agree, he isn't even gonna beat Gift Garcia either. He's gonna lose to both, and I'm not interested in him fighting either.

Garcia should grow a pair and move up and fight Thurman if he's such a badass. Peterson should fight Rod Salka for his IBF strap or go box in a foreign country where he could dominate the rankings.
