No need to revisit this fight,Garcia has bigger plans for his career after clearing the division out once already.if DSG loses in the future I'd like to see a Lucas rematch in a rebuilding process,I see no reason to warrant a rematch though.
that's revisionist bs. BOTH took a beating. Angel and Danny were very clear that he was pissing blood. BOTH threw the kitchen sink at each other. Close but though win for Danny.

Regardless, in that fight i realized that Garcia is a bit bigger than Lucas. I think they're about the same class of boxers, but Garcia is a big dude who is going to end up at 154.

For some reason, Lucas cannot hurt Garcia.

PS Garcia's chin so freaking granite. He'll lose to a good boxer like he lost to Herrera. But I don't think even Thurman beats him. Bradley (in smart mode) would box circles around him, too

      Couldn't disagree more.

I picked Lucas in the first fight and was surprised by Danny. Still, Matthysse has gotten better and I don't think Danny really has. Lucas showed some stuff against Molina that would make the difference this time around.

That's like saying Pacquiao wouldn't have lost if JMM hadn't knocked him out.
        Uh, no... Its not...

I actually try to like Garcia, then he gets on video and tries to hard to portray some ****** hiphop persona. God damn that's annoying.

Danny didn't fight Molina did he? Yet Trashpinoza says that Danny cleaned out all the opposition which is why he fought Salsachino last night. Molina has the power to spark Garcia out so he was completely out of the question as an opponent. I believe Molina had two consecutive upset wins heading into the Matthysse fight because of his power....one punch and the other dudes were done.

wtf are u talking about??? molina had upset wins? good for him. hes still a crappy fighter with a big punch who made mathysse look bad. that fight is in no way an indication of lucas getting better.

Besides about 5 punches in that fight Matthysse dominated. He showed he could change it up and did something he has never really done. Shown an inside game. Not only did he show an inside game, but he looked like he perfected it. The way he was using his body and shoulders to roll into punches and move Molina, control Molina was beautiful in the last 4-5 rds.

That's my straight up assessment. Let's drop the fanboy **** for second.

Sure Molina landed a few others, but about 5 punches had any effect.
