i thought I was the only one. Garcia (Salk fiasco and being a douche aside), KO's Peterson.

I don't see what Peterson brings to the table against Garcia. Has done nothing of note since being brutalized by Lucas and should have lost the title anyway. Got caught with PEDS in biggest win, too.

Peterson has been a top ten contender at 140 for years and has experience against top guys at the weight at the time like Bradley, Khan, Ortiz, Holt, Jean is a decent top 15 contender, Mattyssee and has only 2 losses and a draw.


Garcia already beat Matthyssee...Peterson is the only recognizable guy left at 140 where there wont be a managerial dispute

yep...I think he will have nothing left to do at 140 once he defeats those 2 controversy free.


Herrera definitely deserves a rematch, not in PR or New York for that matter.

Considering the uproar about the first fight, I think DSG will have to knock him out. Casuals and no nothing judges always give swing rounds to the underdog or the guys who they feel got screwed last time.

**** this fight, Garcia is too good in comparison to Peterson. I don't want to watch it. Garcia should step up and fight some bigger names like pacquiao or Floyd, due to his peurto Rican fan base it would be a consumer friendly bout one would think. He probably wouldn't win, but it would be good to see
