Salka was out of his league but Garcia was very sharp on Saturday night. I still feel he's a tad underrated on these boards, mainly because he disappointed (and lost in the eyes of many) to Herrera. A lot of top fighters have "wins" like that in their career; Garcia is a problem for anybody,

complete mismatch fight., weight class, experience and even ranking went out the window. with all that advantage the fight was moved to 142. come on.
u can not put it all on my management, i fought whoever they put in front of me B.S. Management gives them options more than one, the fighter and trainer together makes the final go ahead to take the fight. the fighter always has the final decision.

They don't get passes they get criticized quite often actually around here. But still Garcia has now taken two stay busy fights in a row. Time for him progress in his career but instead he is going backwards. There is no way to justify fighting a limited lightweight that isn't even ranked in the top 50 of his weight class. Also when did Kovalev and GGG become racist?

Pretty much. It was a "make Danny look spectacular" fight.

A shame because that's how up coming contenders end up with scrambeled brains
and early career ending injuries.

They ought to test the mis-matched opponents for well developed defensive skills before putting them in with hard hitters. At least they increase their chances of walking out of the ring on two legs after a knockout.

But I'm only dreaming. Salka was licensed as a pro. That's all that matters.
