Khan's game is about winning points. If he can avoid getting KO'd (doubtful) he stands a very good chance of causing an upset. Floyd does do so well against fast hands. The early rounds of the Judah fight are a very good example of that.
Floyd would take 2 rounds to adjust to Khan's speed and start timing him.
