Apples and Oranges. Can't take it away from Mayweather, but Pac is a beast with stamina. To have a nice work rate and still be able to feint and fly around the ring like Pac does is quite incredible. Mayweather on the other hand has a lower work rate, is more relaxed, and aims for efficiency with everything in the ring.

Overall counting on either to get tired in a 12 round fight is a near impossibility.

When has Floyd ever been winded? Floyd is always fresh as a daisy in the championship rounds. Floyd generally isn't even breathing hard in his corner in between rounds.

Pac has incredible volume but does slow down late. Floyd never looks tired and always finishes strong yet throws a lot less than Pac.

I would have to go with Pac.

          I'm gonna agree with this.

This belongs in the master discussion thread.

I've never really seen either gassed out, Pac throws more punches. Does that mean that Floyd would be gassed if he threw as many? We don't know until he tries.

              Silly logic.

Being winded or not isnt a sign of superior stamina; it's the total energy expenditure that counts. If you run 8 miles, and I run 5 miles, you might be more winded than me, yet i might not be capable of running 8 miles. In fights, Floyd runs 5 miles to Manny's 8.

Both are well conditioned but believe it or not throwing a 100 punches a round has a lot to do with who u r fighting more so than yo conditioning, against a good fighter PAC might throw much less than 100 punches a round yet expend more energy in that fight than 100/round against an easy opponent, anyways back to topic.

I personally don't think there's a boxer more conditioned than Floyd, think of it like this if u were to bet yo life on one boxer in the championship rounds, would u bet against Floyd? I think not Or rather if fights were still 15 round fights who do u see handling rounds 13 to 15 easier between the 2, I'm sorry but I have to go with Floyd on this one

You left out the big bags of McDonalds that he has around his training camp during a fight run-up. Floyd all-around has too much junk fuelling his body. This isnt the sign of a fully dedicated fighter.

Floyd has had plenty of chances to expend the same energy with far lesser fighters like Guerrero and old-man Mosley infront of him. He could have pressed, upped the attack and stopped them. But he doesnt, because he cant. He goes back to the basic 450 punches thrown per fight, while Pacquiao is throwing 750 and moving around like a rabbit.
