Both are in top notch condition. It appears that Pacquiao has better stamina because Floyd preserves his energy more and doesn't waste as many punches or movement.

Who has better stamina? Pacquiao or Mayweather?

Mayweather boxes and Pacquiao fights. I'd have to say Pac because he presses the action constantly and Mayweather has a measured approach all night long.

Hard to tell. Half the time Floyd doesnt even look like he's been in a fight... Like he went for a quick jog. Being defensive can be extremely taxing people don't realize it. It's not just throwing punches. We've seen Pac slow down and seemingly take a round off but I don't think I've ever seen that from Floyd.
Hard to tell though they fight differently.
As much as I hate the guy, but Floyd is famously dedicated to his fitness and some say he's the hardest worker im boxing... Can't argue with that.... I'd got Floyd by a hair in this comparison. He expends a lot of energy with his foot and upper body movement but I think his poise allows him to conserve more energy as opposed to Pac's chaotic rhythm.

It's hard to say really. PAC needs to move in order to get his shots off because he's the smaller guy most of the time. Floyd doesn't have to waste energy to get his shots off. But PAC has gassed in fights before. The first Bradley fight he had no legs and often took rounds off.

Floyd only looks like he has stamina cuz he spends half the fight clinching and laying on the ropes

I voted for Pacquiao. Mayweather paces himself well but Pacquiao doesn't need to pace himself. He can throw over 100 punches a round for round after round. Mayweather can't do that or if he can he never has. Both have good stamina but Pacquiao's stamina is amazing.
