Who avoided more thurman or GGG

GGG. There are plenty of great fighters at 147 that could give Thurman one heck of a fight and beat him. GGG on the other hand is in a class of his own. No one in the middleweight division matches his power and aggressiveness.

I would say it's GGG. He's been avoided for 10 years. US fans know only about his last 2 years and yet they even know he is being avoided by the top oppostion in his weight class even when he has the belt.

We can compare avoidance of Thurman to the earlier career of GGG when he fought in Europe and no one wanted any part of him. I would even say Thurman is lucky he got the exposure to the US media and TV because GGG did not have it back in Germany. Those who follow GGG's career would know what I'm talking about.

Avoid a guy with no belt , or avoid an official champion are two diferent things in my opinion. I go with GGG.

Thurman. He doesn't even have a belt to entice an opponent. 147 is stacked and I don't think he's even fought a top 10 guy yet.

At least GGG has fought Geale and Macklin. Both guys are having troubles getting fights though.

Thurman brings literally nothing to the table in terms of fan base and name value so of course the big names don't want to fight him. GGG is fairly well known and much more accomplished.

Thurman is a boogeyman at this stage. Unproven and untested.
