When is this guy ever going to get tested? His best win so far was Soto Karass. We've seen Chaves fighting like a bum in the Rios fight and it's obvious he was way below Rio's level. He gassed quickly and was fighting for survival just right after the 2nd round. Looking back, Chaves was the Salka counterpart of Thurman in their fight.
