    CELEBRATED trainer Freddie Roach said World Boxing Organization light welterweight champion Chris Algieri, the next opponent of WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao “is nothing special.”

    Pacquiao puts his title on the line against Algieri, who is moving up in weight to face the Filipino ring icon at the Cotai Arena of the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino in Macau on Nov. 22.

          I will hope and pray that Algieri by some miracle can pull off the upset. But let's be real, anything less than a knockout win will look very bad for Pacquiao.

              Nothing special, well, then why you picked himto fight? Roch just considered this fight as a cherry pick? Fine, we knew it already but good to hearfrom Roach too.

                                  Do people still not understand ? Trainers do not negotiate or do contracts for who is going to get a fight against their guy. They may ask/debate who would be a better fight or who they like or don't and steer them in one way or another...Top Rank does the deal in this case. Promoters and managers set this stuff up....Roach didn't negotiate to get Algieri for pac.....Lord ! So he thinks Algieri is a waste of time or whatever...He didn't negotiate it, just trains after the fact !

                                      Roach says PAC will knock out every fighter. Get with the program. This is nothing new... Roach always has his predictions for Manny.
